About Amber Dicken

Amber has been a part of the Byrd & Massey CPA., Inc. team, for approximately 5 years and has become a valued Partner in our Firm. 

Putting her degree in Business and Management to work, Amber’s leadership and forward focus has been one of the catalysts for our firm’s growth over the past several years. She is a creative thinker and spends time in search of new, better, and more innovative ways to accomplish our goals. She has owned and operated two businesses in the past, so she understands the hard work, excitement, and worry that comes with entrepreneurship.

Amber is responsible for managing our support team members and oversees our small business client services and digital marketing platforms. Amber has developed and implemented various ways to improve our client experience and increase our capacity through implementation of technological integrations.
