As a QBO wholesale client, we guarantee you a QuickBooks Tune-up twice a year (assuming you have been a full year client).
There are specific goals for all clients, as part of our Annualized Service program. By staying up to date in coding all transactions to the General Ledger, we are able to print out an fairly accurate financial statement at any point in time.
The first 6 months of your business year are reviewed in July-August. We ensure all transactions get coded to the correct accounts and if there is something you need additional training on, we do it at that time. Once we are assured the Financial Statements are accurate, will do a tax review. We do a 9-10 month review for the same things, in October-November.
Both of these services are included in your Annualized monthly fee. The purpose of this is to be proactive. By insuring your data is correctly being posted, we know that both the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet are accurate at all times. We also know that IF there is any reason to change our tax strategy, we are aware of it long before the end of a business year so we have time to make changes.
