How much does support cost?

After the initial training sessions, there will come a time when something is unique and you are not sure how to handle it. For all of our business clients, we maintain an "open door" policy, which mean there is no charge for quick emails or phone calls. 

We want you to contact us! We don't want you to spin your wheels and become frustrated. Also, the sooner you have the correct answer, the sooner you are back to being productive. Also, this is the best way to learn. Once you know how something is done, you will do it correctly after that. 

Any issue with the software is not billed to our QBO wholesale contract clients. 

How much does it cost for our accounting services?

We created a system of "annualized billing" for both our accounting and payroll services. We created a list of things that every client will need, and rolled them into a package plan. This package is then divided equally by 12 months of the year and billed one month at a time.

Our purpose was to create a value added service and accomplish the following:
  •  Helps both us and our business clients by leveling out cash flow 
  •  Ensures that financial statement data stays accurate and current
  •  Enables us to maintain a "in-front-of" position for advising the Client on taxable issues     
There are 4 possible sections on our monthly billing for our accounting services. It is understood that until we provide you with a detailed quote, based on your specific factors, the following can only be used as a general discussion:
     
A. QuickBooks Online Annualized Service Fees start at $98/month. Factors that affect this fee are:
  • What type of legal structure your business has been registered as
  • Which level of QuickBooks Online software your business will require
  • Which State and Federal Income Tax returns and State franchise related returns will be filed
  • If, you have 2 or more QBO files under contract affect the twice a year tax check-up fee included
B. Intuit Online Payroll Service Fees start at $63/month. Factors that affect this fee are:
  •  How many employees you have
  •  How many employees are Salary and Hourly
  •  How often you pay your employees
  •  How much of a turnover your business has in employees
  •  If, you want to enter your own payroll hours
  •  If, your tax liabilities are over a certain limit 
C. Sales Tax starts at $20/month 

D. Time and Billing is charged at $80/hr, for our accounting staff's time on anything that is not covered in the sections above. Some Client's understand the value of their time is greater than our hourly rate and prefer us to do their data entry. But, others take advantage of our strong emphasis on teaching and training to do as much as they can themselves.
